These are the appropriate channels of communication and processes at Auckland Competitions.

• All members are to direct any concerns or issues to the club Team Manager, as only Swimmers, Coaches and Team Managers have a poolside pass.

 

• Once a parent has made the Team Manager aware of their concern the correct action can be taken.

 

• If a parent becomes abusive to Volunteer Officials they will be removed from the venue and will receive a written warning. If this behaviour is repeated they will receive a venue ban, as this will not be tolerated.

 

• Auckland Swimming appreciates the work their Volunteer Officials do and without them we cannot run our competitive programme.
